Returns


We have two departments running along side each other, to enable us to deal with the issue, please write to the correct email address for your product. For more information on our return policy for physical and digital products please read below, thanks!

We would be glad to refund or replace an order if there is a quality issue, or if an item is lost in the mail.

If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, please contact us within 8 hrs of the order being placed or by  the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend.

When contacting us about a problem, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase and be sure to include photos for our reference. All returns are handled on a case by case basis. For physical products please write to product-support@zacz.com with your pictures and comments. 


Unfortunately we are unable to replace items if you have

  • Ordered the wrong size
  • Made an incorrect colour choices
  • Supplied an incorrect address
*Please check your ordering details carefully before buying making sure you have chosen the correct size and colour of your item using the guides provided, and made sure to enter in the correct address to ship to when placing an order.


In order to resolve cases, we must be contacted within a reasonable amount of time from the product shipping date. For any issue regarding an order, we must be contacted within 10 days of delivery date or we may not be able to help resolve the issue. Returns must be received within 30 days. In most cases, we do not cover the shipping cost of a returned item.
All of our garments are custom-made, print-on-demand items. As such there are thousands of variations of designs that could be produced. consequently, it would be impossible to sort, store and resell unwanted returns. In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, we reserve the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate at our sole discretion.



Digital items:



If in the unlikely event that your digital content has developed a fault or you are having problems downloading content, please write to music-support@zacz.com we will try to help resolve the problem repairing or replacing the content.

We will refund your purchase if within 14 days from the date of transaction you change your mind, provided that you have not started downloading your purchase. Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we do not offer refunds on already downloaded items.
 
When contacting us about a problem, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase along with any relevant information for our reference.
