Shipping
To try and shorten shipping times items are made on demand in Canada and the US as well as Europe and take 2-4 business days to manufacture, depending on the product. The shipping estimates below should be added on top of the manufacturing times:
- UK 3-5 business days
- EU 3-5 business days
- USA 3-5 business days
- ROW 7-10 business days
Delivery Service
- UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail or Whistl.
- US orders are delivered by USPS; certain tracked orders are FedEx.
- International orders are sent International Standard. Please bear in mind some national postal services can be quicker than others.
*When available our products are shipping tracked. However, for some countries this might not be available. In these cases standard shipping will be used instead.

If you feel like you have waited far too long for your order, you can get in touch with
us at product-support@zacz.com and we’ll be happy to investigate.
- Please check with your local post office and/or your neighbors, as this is where 'lost’ orders often seem to end up!
- Products are usually dispatched separately (as we print in several locations within the UK). There may be a delay between deliveries.
- At peak times (like around Christmas and other special dates), please allow a little longer for your order to arrive. The postman needs a holiday too ;)
- Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays at customs or delays caused by strikes, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
